Steps you can take to contribute to a healthier home environment, and as a result - ease stress on your physical body. Tips for your bedroom, living room and home.

CREATE A HEALTHY LIVING SPACE

There are steps you can take to contribute to a healthier home environment, and as a result - ease stress on your physical body.

BEDROOM

  • Create a sleeping sanctuary. Your bed should be metal free (no metal frame or box springs) Metal acts as an antenna to receive and pass along the ambient electromagnetic pollution into your body An air mattress or fully-outgassed foam mattress on a wooden frame is preferable for the many hours you spend in your bed.

  • Keep cell phones and handheld devices turned off or out of the bedroom at night. Keep cell phones in airplane mode when possible.

  • Unplug all appliances when not in use.

  • If possible, at bedtime, turn off all electric breakers that supply power to the bedroom, or better yet, the whole house. Be mindful of refrigerated items.

KITCHEN

  • Swap out the microwave oven for a convection oven.

  • Unplug all appliances when not in use. Be mindful of refrigerated items.

LIVING ROOM

  • Replace wireless router internet with ethernet (plugs into the wall).

  • Use smart phone in speaker phone mode and keep your distance from it.

  • Unplug all appliances when not in use.

OTHER LIVNG SPACE TIPS

  • Refuse installation of a Smart Meter, tell your neighbors

  • Landlines (remember those?) are best for phones

  • Unplug all appliances when not in use.

  • At night, if possible turn off all electric breakers that supply power to the whole house. Be mindful of refrigerated items.

EARTHING: Ground your body. Feel the Earth.
Grounding is a simple method for reenergizing your over activated body and mind. It is a meditation allowing your electrical circuity to get back in balance. Grounding cleanses, harmonizes and recharges you when done in reverence and in honor of the physical body. It must be done free of your cell phone, or other smart devices, so begin by unplugging. Return to your innocence.

  • Barefoot: Place your bare feet on mother earth for 30 minutes.

  • Barefoot: Walk on the beach or sit with your feet buried in the sand for 30 minutes.

Animals need to feel the earth too. If they do not have access to a yard, please walk them out in nature.
